The powerful energy behind collective movement in combination with big beat drops is what initially drew Alexis to High Ride. “I’m here to lift you up and help you reach your full potential” has been her motto since the start of her fitness career at CorePower Yoga 3 years ago. And now, that approach interlaced with “I want you to let loose, feel like a badass and gain confidence,” perfectly describes 45 minutes with Alexis.

With a podium presence that is empowering and hype-girl-esque, it’s nearly impossible to leave Alexis’s class without feeling a little braver and more self-assured. Expect gritty beats, dancey combos and contagious enthusiasm - a trio that is sure to inspire you to “get loud, get fit and get LIT!”

Alexis is my favorite instructor! Great combination of hills, sprints + choreography, which makes the time go fast.

This is the best cycle class ever. Alexis has a cult following + it’s clear why — she is AMAZING! 6am Wednesdays are a must.
