HIGH RIDE MEMBERSHIP FREEZE + CANCELLATION

Interested in freezing or cancelling your membership?

Please fill out the appropriate form linked below in it's entirety to freeze or cancel your membership. We require a 2 week notification for all freezes and a 30 day notification for cancellations.

Please allow at least 48 hours for response regarding your freeze or cancellation.

You may freeze your membership for up to three months per year, with a 2-week minimum freeze requirement. Your membership will automatically unfreeze on the date requested.

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Members may terminate their membership after the 3-month minimum commitment with at least a 30 day notice from their bill date.
