HIGH RIDE CYCLE POLICIES

DENVER SPIN CLASSES ARE FILLING AND FAST!

As always, we recommend signing up in advance to make sure you have a spot! You are able to book classes a week in advance either through the website or the HIGH RIDE CYCLE app.

LATE CANCEL + NO SHOW POLICY

If you are registered for an indoor cycling class and no longer able to attend, you have 12 hours prior to the start of class to remove yourself from the roster without penalty. For example, if you are signed up for a 6:00a class, you have until 5:59p the day before to cancel your spin class reservation.

LATE CANCEL

If you need to cancel within the 12 hour window, it is considered a “late cancel,” since we cannot always fill the bike that you had previously reserved. A late cancel will result in an $15 charge.

Riders with indoor cycling class packs (vs. memberships) will lose the class for a late cancel.

SPIN CLASS NO SHOW

If you do not cancel and do not show up to your indoor cycling class, it is considered a “no show” - and unless we have a brave waitlister that takes a chance - we are unable to fill the spot you had previously reserved. A no-show will result in a $20 charge.

Riders with class packs (vs. memberships) will lose the class for a no show.

If you need to late cancel due to an emergency (ex: you get in a car accident on your way in - god forbid), please call us at the studio to make us aware. We understand that life happens and will not charge you in these unforeseen instances.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running late, please call the Denver spin studio to let us know you are on your way + we will hold your bike for 5 minutes after the start of the spin class. If you are running late + do not call the spin studio, your bike will not be held + will be released to the waitlist at the start of class. Either way, no one will be allowed into class after the 5 minute grace period.

SPIN STUDIO WAITLIST

If you add yourself to the spin class waitlist, it is your responsibility to monitor if you get added to the class. You can view your status within your account, but a great way to stay updated in real-time is to sign up for email notifications. You can do this by logging into your account (desktop version), clicking on “edit account” and selecting “subscribe to our newsletter and promotions”.

It is also your responsibility to take yourself OFF the waitlist (before going to bed, for example) if you no longer want to get into class. If you are added to class from the waitlist and you either late cancel or no show for the class, the same rules apply as above.

If you are added to an indoor spin class class within 30 minutes of the start of class and are unable to make it due to short notice, you will not be charged.
