FREE FIRST CLASS
Whether you're brand new to indoor cycling or a seasoned rider, each studio is slightly different from one another. We tell all of our new riders that it takes a couple classes to get the hang of what we do in the studio + we always encourage everyone to take class at their own pace!

We have three spin studio locations in the Denver area: one located in Sloan’s Lake, one in Northglenn right off of 1-25 + 120th + one near the University of Denver.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
TIMING
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your first class to get familiar with the studio, find a locker + get properly set up on your bike. PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, we do not allow brand new riders into class late. If you are not present by the start of class time, your bike will be released to the waitlist.
PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at all three of our studio locations!
WHAT TO BRING
Come dressed for a sweaty workout + bring water! We provide sweat towels + cycling shoes, free of charge. If you have your own shoes, bring them (our bikes use SPD clips)!
