Ride With Us

Our bikes fill up quickly so be sure to book a bike in advance. You can sign up for class a week in advance. You can register for classes by clicking the SCHEDULE A CLASS+ button in the main navigation above or through the High Ride Cycle app.

If you are registered for a class and no longer able to attend, you have 12 hours prior to the start of class to remove yourself from the roster without penalty. A late cancel will result in an $15 charge, a no-show will result in a $20 charge. Riders with class packages (vs. memberships) will lose the class in either instance.

What are classes like?

The High Ride cycling method is a fast pace, high-intensity workout geared towards all levels. Our instructors will guide you through a 45-minute beat-based class. We incorporate different movements with each class, including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners (and much more!) to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout. A combination of the music, the lighting and the energy help create a positive, rewarding and HARD experience for each rider.

How much does it cost?

To see our pricing, click on the PRICING tab above. We have packages of all levels to best accommodate how often you want to ride: from single class drop-ins to one year unlimited. All regularly priced class packages have a one year expiration date. Monthly unlimited passes automatically renew each month on the day of the month you originally purchased. All options can be purchased online or at the studio.

Is there a penalty for canceling?

If you are registered for a class and no longer able to attend, you have 12 hours prior to the start of class to remove yourself from the roster without penalty. For riders on a membership-base contract, a late cancel will result in an $15 charge and a no-show will result in a $20 charge. Riders with class packages (vs. memberships) will lose the class in either instance.

What happens if I incur a no show or late cancellation fee and don’t have a valid credit card on file?

If you incur a fee of any sort and don’t have a valid credit card on file, you have 2 days to update your payment method before your membership goes into payment failure. In this case, no future purchase will be able to be made until you have a valid payment method on your account. Once your payment method has been updated, all missed payments will be charged.

How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file, login to your account, scroll down to “Payment Methods” and “Add New Card.” We are also happy to update your card in the studio!

How early should I get to class?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class starts so we can get you checked in + ready to ride. If you are new to High Ride, we will introduce you to your instructor, get you set up on your bike + give you a full rundown of what to expect in class. You must check in no later than the start of class or your bike will be released to the waitlist.

What happens if I am running late to class?

If you are running late, please call the studio to let us know you are on your way + we will hold your bike for 5 minutes after the start of class. If you are running late + do not call the studio, your bike will not be held + will be released to the waitlist at the start of class. Either way, no one will be allowed into class after the 5 minute grace period.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free parking at all locations, so you do not need to worry about parking!

How do I set up my bike?

Whether you’re new to indoor cycling or just new to our bikes, your instructor can help you adjust your bike to fit your body for the safest, most comfortable and efficient ride.

Are cycling shoes required?

Cycling shoes are not required, but we definitely recommend them to increase efficiency. We provide cycling shoes to all riders free of charge. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.

Do you have lockers available?

Yes, lockers are available for free to stow your stuff during class and while you change. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Do you have showers?

Yes! We have three showers available for use fully equipped with towels, shower supplies, and blow dryers - all free to use.

What should I wear?

Come dressed for a sweaty workout! We recommend wearing fitted, moisture-wicking clothing.
