CURRENT HIGH RIDE MEMBERS

I am currently a member at High Ride Cycle. Can I purchase the UNI Founding Membership?
Yes! You can purchase a Founding Membership, but please note: the UNI Founding Membership is single-studio access + only valid for classes at UNI.

What happens to my current membership?
Once UNI opens, we will cancel your current membership + you will only be able to ride at the UNI spin studio location. If you’d like to ride at all cycle studios, you have to purchase our regular-priced memberships. 

Can I use my current membership at UNI?
Yes! If you have a regular-priced High Ride membership or class pack, you can ride at all of our locations.

GENERAL FAQ

Will I only be able to take classes at the UNI location with the UNI Founding Membership?
Correct. The UNI Founding Membership is single-studio access + only valid for classes at UNI.

When does the membership start?
Your membership will officially start when the UNI location opens (currently targeting mid-May).

When will I be charged again/when will billing begin for this membership?
By purchasing a Founding Membership, you secure the discounted membership rate for life + that “down payment” will pre-pay for your first month’s membership at UNI. Your next bill date will be 30 days after we open + will recur monthly after that.

Is there a minimum commitment for this membership?
Yes. Just like all of our memberships, there is a 3 month minimum commitment. 

I want to purchase the Founding Membership, but would like to start riding at one of the other locations before UNI opens. Are there any options for me?
Yes! We have an “early access” option for the UNI Founding Membership. Please contact us at hello@highridecycle.com to learn more.

I will be traveling at the time UNI is projected to open. Am I able to “freeze” my membership + have it start in June or July?
Yes! Please let us know the dates you will be gone + when you would like your membership to officially start by emailing us at hello@highridecycle.com.

Does the Founding Membership include classes to your partner studios (Fitness in the City + The River)?
No. Since our Founding Membership is so discounted, it is not considered one of our Partnership Memberships + does not include classes to Fitness in the City + The River.
