What are classes like?

Cycling is a fast pace, high intensity workout geared towards all levels. A combination of music, lighting, and energy help to create a positive and rewarding experience for each rider. You will do some side to sides, tap backs, 4 corners, and push-ups - it’s a party on a bike!

How much does it cost?

To see our pricing, click on the join button above. You can buy a single class, a package of classes for a discounted price or a monthly unlimited pass. If you buy regularly priced class packs, those credits never expire. Monthly unlimited passes automatically renew each month or you can buy them on a one-off basis. Everything can be purchased online or at the studio.

Is there a penalty for canceling?

If you cancel two hours before your class, there is no penalty! If you cancel after that time period you will lose the class, if you are a monthly unlimited member you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $8.

How early should I get to class?

Arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get checked in, pick your bike, and get your bike fitted to you! You must check in no later than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time or your bike will be released to the waitlist. No-shows will result in a $8 fee and be released to the waitlist.

What happens if I am running late to class?

We understand, things happen. If you’re running late be sure to call the studio and we will hold your bike. If you do not call the studio, your bike will be released for another rider when class starts. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be permitted to class.

How do I set up my bike?

Whether you’re new to indoor cycling or just new to our bikes, your instructor can help you adjust your bike to fit your body for the safest, most comfortable, and efficient ride.

Are cycling shoes required?

Yup! We’re clipping in. Don’t you worry though, we provide cycling shoes to all riders free of charge. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.

Do you have lockers available?

We have plenty of cubbies for your use to stow your stuff during class and while you change. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Do you have showers?
