In 2015, Hanna clipped in on the instructor podium and never looked back. Flash forward to 2019 - she took a leap to Denver and found her “High Ride family.” From the moment Hanna walked into High Ride, she felt a weight lift from her shoulders. “The beauty of High Ride is that we love you for who you are - whether you’re angry, heartbroken or lacking confidence. Regardless of where you are when you walk through the door, you are welcomed with open arms and accepted unconditionally.”

Riding with Hanna is more than just 45 minutes of movement - it’s an experience. She reminds you that you are safe to let loose, push yourself and leave feeling proud. Gaining self-worth is an overarching theme of her classes. You’re regularly invited to break down your walls, encouraged to show yourself compassion and reminded of how special you are. With badass boxing routines in between cardio segments, Hanna’s class leaves you feeling good all around.

Hanna is one of my favorite instructors! Her classes are challenging but she makes it so fun! I love her positivity + how she promotes self love! BEST CLASS EVER!

I love all of the High Ride instructors, but Hanna is my absolute FAVE! She always brings the energy, has THE best music + gives off the vibe that you just want to be her best friend. Thanks for always making me laugh just as much as you make me sweat!

Hanna is so sweet and so helpful! Truly loved her. Really challenging class for a semi-beginner, but so so worth it! Burned a lot of calories and feel amazing afterwards!
