WE’RE HIRING FOR PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT COORDINATOR

As a Part-Time Social Media + Content Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing the High Ride brand to life online. This position primarily focuses on social media management and content creation, with occasional support for other marketing initiatives like digital assets, print materials, SEO, and directory updates.

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and hands-on with an eye for visual storytelling and marketing strategy. You love getting things done, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to capture moments that make people stop scrolling. Bonus points if you’re passionate about cycling, wellness, and building community.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy + Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, schedule, and manage engaging content across all platforms.

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content across our three studio locations.

  • Edit and create compelling visuals, graphics, and videos.

  • Monitor + engage with comments, messages, and DMs to foster community connection.

  • Track + report on performance metrics.

  • Assist with basic Meta Ads + Leads Suite management.

Digital + Print Marketing Support

  • Support in creating email campaigns, digital assets, flyers, and promotional materials.

  • Assist with SEO initiatives, directory listings, and online presence updates.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaign ideas.

Skills + Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), with an emphasis on video editing.

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads + Leads Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills + ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing + storytelling.

  • Comfortable working independently + collaboratively.

  • Flexible and available for shooting content on-site at all three studios.

Contract + Perks

  • 10–20 hours per week

  • $20/hour

  • Reports directly to the Director of Marketing

  • Complimentary studio membership

  • 3-month contract with potential renewal based on performance

  • Must be available for in-studio content capture as needed
