CHARITY RIDE: MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS
Mental Health is something we, as a society, do not talk about enough. It has historically carried a negative stigma, and is something we’ve been ashamed to talk about. But the truth is, 1 in 5 adults in America experience a mental illness and 60% of them do not receive treatment for it.
Let’s break down the barriers of said stigma, raise awareness and support our brothers and sisters who struggle with it daily!
